Just to add on the side – following is the actual text of statement from Shaikh Rabee
السائل :هل يقال في أمثالهم محمد صالح المنجد؟
الشيخ : هو من رؤسهــم من رؤوس القطبية واضح لا غبار عليه و منظر من المنظرين أينكم أنتم لا يستطيع واحد منكم يعرف اتجاهه فين….
للشيخ صالح المنجد ثلاثة كتب يضع فيها موضوعات و مؤلفات الاخوان و يحط بينهم شيء من كتب السلفية والآ فالهدف كتب محمد قطب كتب سيد قطب جمع كل شيء الى أخره إلا كتب الربيع لم يذكر منها ولا واحد .
So in summary the Shaykh said –
1. Munajjid has three books wherein he heavily quotes from Muhammad Qutb and Sayyid Qutb’s books that he compiled in his chapters and writings until the end everything from the books of these.
2. He doesn’t quote anything from Shaykh Rabee’s books well known for criticism upon Sayyid Qutb and his deviations.
3. His main target is to propagate the thoughts of Sayyid Qutb and his brother
This is a stark contrast to the Minhaj of Sh Fawzan and Sh Albaanee for when they found out their mistakes abundant criticism is found upon these from these two Shaykhs
Shaykh Fawzan said in his book Ajwibatul Mufeedah
Whoever opposes the usool (foundations) of Salafiyyah from amongst those (contemporaries) who are around us and assists and supports other methodologies , such that he praises their founders
He answered, “Whoever opposes the manhaj (methodology) of the Salaf and praises the methodologies which oppose the manhaj of the Salaf and praises those who are upon it, then he is considered to be upon the actual opposing methodologies himself. It is necessary to advise him and to call him (to the truth), for if he returns to the truth then so, otherwise he is to be abandoned and cut off…” (al-Ajwibah al-Mufidah, p.105).

يقول : محمد صالح المنجد في شريطه : ” كيف تقرأ كتاباً ، أ ”
” قراءة كتب الماضين تأسس في نفوسنا الثقة في هذا الدين ، لانهم يكتبون من منطلق القوة ، من منطلق الاستعلاء ، ولذلك نُحَرِص الناس أن يقرأوا الكتب الحديثة التي يكتب بها المسلم ، الكاتب المسلم من روح الاستعلاء ، كما هي كتابات سيد قطب رحمه الله .
Reading the books of those who have passed before us has established a strong attachment in our souls for this religion, because they write from a position of strength and superiority. And for this reason we also encourage the people to read the modern books, those which are written by the Muslim with the spirit of superiority, such as the books of Sayyid Qutb (rahimahullaah)
واقرأوا ما سطره المنجد في رسالته ” 40 نصيحة لاصلاح البيوت ” ، ص 23 حيث يقول : وهاك أخي القارىء اقتراحات بهذا الشأن :
التفسير : .. .. .. .. ، .. .. .. .. ، .. .. .. .. ، في ظلال القرآن لسيد قطب
And he also says in his book “Nasihah Li Islaah al-Buyoot” (p.23), “And here, my brother, reader, are some suggestions in this regard: In Tafseer… “Fee Dhilaal il-Qur’aan” of Sayyid

وقال في ص 24 : كما أن هناك عدداً من الكتب الجيدة في المجالات المختلفة فمنهــا :
ب الاستاذ سيد قطب ـ رحمه الله ـ مثل : المستقبل لهذا الدين ، هذا الدين ، معالم في الطريق ، خصائص التصور الاسلامي ومقوماته .
he also said on (p.24), “Just like there are a number of good books on a variety of different issues, amongst them the books of the Teacher, Sayyid Qutb (rahimahullaah), such as “Al-Mustaqbal Lihaadha ad-Deen”, “Haadha ad-Deen”, “Ma’aalim Fit-Tareeq (Milestones)
Sh MUNAJJID further said –
* كما أنّ هناك عدداً من الكتب الجيّدة في المجالات المختلفة، فمنها: كتب الأستاذ سيّد قطب -رحمه الله- مثل المستقبل لهذا الدين، هذا الدين، معالم في الطريق، خصائص التصوّر الإسلامي ومقوماته.
وكتب الأستاذ محمّد قطب مثل: منهج التربية الإسلامي 1-2، وواقعنا المعاصر، رؤية إسلامية في أحوال العالم المعاصر، قبسات من الرسول، معركة التقليد، هل نحن مسلمون، جاهلية القرن العشرين، ومذاهب فكرية معاصرة.
ومن كتب الأستاذ أبي الأعلى المودودي، تفسير سورة النور، والحجاب، والجهاد. وللأستاذ أبي الحسن الندوي مثل: ماذا خسر العالم بانحطاط المسلمين، والصراع بين الفكرة الإسلامية والفكرة الغربية، وكتب الشيخ عمر بن سليمان الأشقر، وكتب الشيخ محمّد بن إسماعيل المقدّم، وكتب الأستاذ محمّد محمّد حسين، وكتب الشيخ محمّد جميل زينو، وكتب الأستاذ حسين العوايشة في الرقائق، وكتاب الإيمان لمحّمد نعيم ياسين، والولاء والبراء للشيخ محمّد سعيد القحطاني، المسلمون وظاهرة الهزيمة النفسية لعبد الله الشبانة، المرأة بين الفيديو والتلفزيون، وكتب الشيخ بكر أبو زيد، وكتب الشيخ سلمان العودة. وأبحاث الأستاذ مشهور حسن سلمان. وغير هذا كثير من النافع الطيّب، وما ذكرناه على سبيل المثال لا الحصر…..
So he has included books of the following figureheads of deviant groups for a Muslim to seek knowledge from –
1. Sayyid Qutb
2. Muhammad Qutb
3. Mawdoodee
4. Abul Hasan Nadwee Deobandi
Where are the books of Ibn Baaz, ibn Uthaimeen, Rabee bin Hadee, al-Fawzaan, al-Albaanee, Abdul Muhsin etc….????
His fiqr is a qutubee fiqr
